The information, recipes, nutritional data, and cycle-syncing recommendations provided in our app are for informational and educational purposes only. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blendplan app or the omy.studio website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Blendplan offers premium features ("PRO") via auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
- omy.studio does not process payments directly and is not responsible for billing errors or refund disputes, which must be handled through the respective app store.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the app only for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app's functionality or servers.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, omy.studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any physical harm, health issues, or dietary complications resulting from your use of the recipes or recommendations provided in the app.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
